Any travel, lodging or meals expenses you may have during the school will be at your charge, except for funded participants (see below).

Applying for funding

♦  Applicants from Vietnam

    The organizer can cover domestic flight tickets, accommodation and living expenses for a limited number of early career and young Vietnamese mathematicians (less or equal to 36 years old or with a PhD defense during the last 5 years).

♦   Applicants from Southeast Asia 

The organizer can cover flight tickets and/or accommodation for a limited number of early career and young mathematicians from Southeast Asia ( less or equal to 36 years old or with a PhD defense during the last 5 years ).

♦  Applicants from developing countries

We do not have funding for participants from developed contries. But there are no school fees and we will help them in arranging accomodation.

♦ To apply for financial support, please proceed as follows (deadline: February 12, 2023):

   (1).  Register online on the website of the COCOA 2023, if not done yet, and

   (2).  Submit an application email/letter including

• a full curriculum vitae of the applicant;
• a recommendation letter from a mathematician if you have not already got a PhD

   to lelong@hueuni.edu.vn (and cc to nvtrung@math.ac.vn and martin.kreuzer@uni-passau.de).
